I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist and Food Intolerance Testing Specialist. I am a registered member of the FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners)

This ensures that all of my training and knowledge is up to date so that I can help and support you in the best way possible.

It was my own personal health journey that gave me the passion and enthusiasm to train in Nutrition and Allergy/Intolerance testing.
I was diagnosed with M.E at the age of 22 whilst I was a student at University studying Business and Psychology. It was so incredibly hard to go from being incredibly active, running half marathons to not being able to walk to the end of the street without feeling dizzy, painful and wanting to collapse.

I was determined to find a more natural way of improving my symptoms as I didn't want to spend each day on pain killers at such a young age. I also wanted to ensure that I was able to complete my degree.
I discovered that nutritional therapy could help to balance my body back to better health so that I could manage my ongoing symptoms effectively. Now I am in my 40s, I have far less flare ups of my symptoms due to having more knowledge on how to manage them.

Once finding out which foods I was Intolerant to and what deficiencies I had within the body. I was able to tweak my diet accordingly and include superfoods and vitamins/minerals where needed.
The experience of Improving my own health and wellbeing inspired me to train as a Nutritional Therapist and Allergy/Intolerance testing specialist.
I want to help and support you the way my Nutritional Therapist helped me many years ago.

I went on to train for 3 years In Nutritional Therapy and Food Intolerance testing at the College of Holistic Health and Nutrition in Surrey. The school was founded by Fiona Gibson, one of the UK's leading Naturopathic Nutritional Therapists.

I am committed to continuing my professional development within this field so I regularly attend conferences, seminars and webinars to keep up-to-date with the very latest in nutritional research. I have also completed diploma's in Mindfulness, Mindful Nutrition and Meditation. As I have a keen interest in mental health, this has enabled me to learn and understand the intrinsic link between our thought processes and the way in which we eat.

It is now my passion and dream to educate you to lead a more healthier lifestyle and provide you with the knowledge and tools to heal yourself from the inside out.
