Services

If you are booked in to see me for an In-depth consultation, I will email you a health questionnaire to fill in. I would like you to bring this along to the first appointment with a week's food diary. We will first spend some time chatting through your personal health history and concerns. After I will perform the allergy/Intolerance test and vitamin/mineral deficiency check. After the appointment I will email you the same day with the results of your tests. Then I will draw up your tailored nutritional program and this will be emailed to you around 2-3 days later. This will give details on dietary changes, any supplements I advise you to take, links to helpful websites containing food alternative ideas and recipes.

If you are not wanting a whole look at your health history and would just like a quick 1 hour visit to find out what you are Intolerant to and what deficiencies you may have. I am now offering a cheaper visit where you will have a test done and get some advice on foods and supplements emailed to you.

If you don't live close by and would like some advice via online call, please see below to book in for a Nutritional Therapy call with me.

How do you test for Food Intolerances?

The test is so simple, is non invasive and the results are instantaneous. The testing device looks a lot like a ballpoint pen. I will use this on the acupuncture point on the tip of your finger. This device is linked up to a machine which measures your energy levels within the body. I will test for 81 common food and drink substances alongside 25 vitamins and minerals. The bodies electrical resistance alters when in contact with these substances. If there is a problem with one or more substances the electrical resistance will be affected and I will know that your body is unable

to cope with that food or drink.
